Poor Information Management Hinders Workplace Productivity

"Eighty-two percent of employees report poor information management is damaging productivity in the workplace" - according to PaperFree partner M-Files.  In their study, the 2019 Global Intelligent Information Management Benchmark Report, M-Files found that a leading hinderance to productivity was workers knowing what system contained needed information, how to use it, and knowing if the file was the most current.  The study surveyed 1,500 office workers around the world.

M-Files Achieves ISO Recertification

PaperFree partner M-Files recently announced their achievement of recertifying for ISO 9001:2015, billed as the "world's leading quality management standard".  In addtion, their annoucement also included news of maintaining their ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate related to their cloud system security program.  Achievement of both of these certifications is rare in the indusry; M-Files is among only a few who have done so.  M-Files' development of its own information management and quality management systems - M-Files QMS - factored into the certification.

M-Files 2018 Announced

M-Files, a PaperFree partner specializing in developing ECM solutions, recently announced its M-Files 2018 product.  This product is a highly updated and refined version of their M-Files content management software.  M-Files 2018 features a new Intelligent Metadata Layer, which provides a "unified and simple interface that enables users to quickly access documents and other information regardless of the system in which they are stored."  With specialized connectors installed on every target system, M-Files can run queries on all of an enterprise's existing systems.
